These Terms govern the use of the bet!alert website and app, operated by SKBY media LLC.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the use of bet!alert (website, web app and mobile app) and all services offered through it. By registering or using the service you accept these Terms.
2. Description of service
bet!alert provides data-driven sports analyses, statistics and informational betting tips. We are NOT a bookmaker and do not broker bets. All content is for information and entertainment purposes only.
3. Minimum age (18+)
Use is permitted exclusively to persons aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you are of legal age.
4. Registration & account
Certain features require an account. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Paid VIP subscriptions renew automatically for the respective term unless cancelled in time. For purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation is done exclusively in the store's subscription settings — deleting your bet!alert account does NOT end an active store subscription.
6. Prices & payment
The prices shown at the time of purchase apply. Processing is handled via Stripe or the respective app store. For in-app purchases the app store operator is your contractual partner for payment.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content/services the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance with your express consent and you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
8. No guarantee of winnings / disclaimer
Betting tips are forecasts without any guarantee of success. We accept no liability for financial losses resulting from betting decisions. Betting is at your own risk. Gambling can be addictive.
9. User obligations
You agree not to use the services abusively, unlawfully or in a way that harms third parties or operations (e.g. automated scraping, reselling of content).
10. Term, termination & account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. Deletion becomes final after a 30-day waiting period; active store subscriptions must be cancelled separately (see clause 5).
11. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms with effect for the future. We will give reasonable notice of material changes; continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Final provisions
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remainder is unaffected. Contact: hello@betalert.io.
