We process data that you actively provide as well as data collected automatically when you visit the website:

• Registration/account: email, password (bcrypt hash), language, optionally name, Telegram handle. Purpose: providing the user account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Server logs: IP address, timestamp, user-agent, requested URL. Purpose: security, abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Cookies/LocalStorage: session token, language preference, consent cookie. Details below.
• Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe, PayPal or crypto processors. We only store the payment ID and subscription status (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Telegram linking: chat ID and username if you actively start the linking flow (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Support chat: conversation history with our AI bot / support (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): pseudonymized usage data. Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use carefully selected processors (Art. 28 GDPR). Categories and examples:

• Hosting / infrastructure: Emergent Labs, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare
• Payments: Stripe (Ireland), PayPal (Luxembourg), NOWPayments
• Messaging: Telegram (UK/UAE)
• Email delivery: Resend / SendGrid
• Sports data: BetsAPI
• AI analysis: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini) — via Emergent LLM Key
• Analytics: Google (consent only)

Some processors are based outside the EU (e.g. USA). Transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) plus supplementary technical and organizational measures (e.g. encryption).

• Account data: until deletion + statutory retention (usually 6-10 years for tax purposes)
• Server logs: 30 days
• Payment records: 10 years
